The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, as well as nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through various channels, including cold calls, networking, referrals, door-to-door interactions, and industry events.
- Tailor-made cleaning solutions based on extensive research of potential client needs.
- Collaborate with operations to craft compelling cleaning proposals.
- Conduct on-site assessments and professionally present our offerings.
- Drive negotiations, ensuring a mutual win for both us and our clients.
- Manage a robust potential client pipeline, overseeing the sales cycle from inception to closure.
- Forge and nurture long-term relationships, aiming for repeat business and upselling opportunities.

What You Bring:
- A solid background in B2B sales. Prior experience in the commercial cleaning or a related sector is a plus.

Compensation:
